We've regularly taken our vehicles to Graybill Brothers for inspections/service for 3 years now and have always been satisfied with their service. They seemed pretty easy to schedule with and the prices were acceptable. However, recently I called and asked for an appointment for inspection. They said they could do it "Next week" I asked if a specific day was better and they said "whenever next week is fine". I told them I would drop it off, maybe on Monday, and it wasn't our daily driver so they could get to it whenever it worked. We were out of state all day Monday and worked early Tuesday. I called just to verify that it was ok that I was bringing the car up...it wasn't. Apparently, "whenever next week is fine" means "we're putting you in the schedule for Tuesday" and I'm supposed to know that without it being communicated to me.
Dave and his staff are always friendly and cheerful when I need to see them. I would highly recommend their service and sales team to anyone.
I bought a Chevrolet Silverado at Graybill's. Great truck great deal and I felt like I was dealing with old friends.
